PRIVACY POLICY

Your case information is designed to stay with you

This policy explains the difference between information handled locally by the utility and information that hosting or advertising providers may process.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Case worksheets and device saving

Crash details, case labels, timelines, evidence-source entries, and similar worksheet information are handled in the visitor’s browser. They are not intentionally transmitted to or stored in an application database operated by this site.

“Save on this device” uses browser storage on that device. Visitors can erase the saved information through the utility. Clearing browser data may also remove it. Information saved on one device does not automatically appear on another.

Photos and videos

When a visitor selects a photograph for preview, the file is used temporarily by the browser to display that preview. The utility does not intentionally upload, transmit, permanently store, or back up the selected file. Visitors should retain original files and make separate backups.

Downloads

Letters, summaries, calendars, and evidence-source lists are generated on the visitor’s device. The visitor controls where those downloads are saved and whether they are later emailed, printed, mailed, or shared.

Video Q&A Library

The Library stores the questions, answers, and YouTube links published by the site owner. Videos do not play on this website. The Library may request a thumbnail image from YouTube, and clicking a thumbnail or video link takes the visitor directly to YouTube. YouTube may receive ordinary technical information when its thumbnail is loaded and applies its own privacy practices after a visitor opens YouTube.

Hosting and technical records

The hosting provider and internet infrastructure may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, requested pages, security events, and server logs to deliver and protect the website. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies and applicable law.

Advertising and cookies

This site may use Google AdSense in the future. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device information, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, personalize, or limit advertising, subject to visitor choices and applicable law.

Where required, a consent-management message will be presented before advertising technologies are used. Visitors can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner-sites privacy page.

Third-party links

Links to government departments and other outside websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this site does not control.

Children

This general-audience utility is not directed to children under 13, and visitors should not enter a child’s personal information into the worksheets.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated before advertising is activated and when material privacy practices change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
